Install and service Intrusion, CCTV, Building Access, Sound and Security systems. Install conduit, wiring, devices and electrical apparatus for the construction department in accordance with blue prints and project specifications, NEC 70 and 72 compliance and standards. Diagnose and repair and/or replace damaged or broken, wires, cables or faulty electrical components.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience with low voltage systems
2. 2-3 years experience in Security installation
3. Valid Drivers License
4. High School Diploma or equivalent
5. Qualified for License with BSIS in California.
Experience in the installation of the above systems is mandatory. Must be able to wire and install new systems and troubleshoot existing systems. Must maintain and update schematics, drawings, and documentation regarding the project. Must be self-controlled and motivated with the ability to communicate with fellow employees, supervisors and customers. Computer knowledge is a must and programming experience a plus. Knowledge of test equipment includes oscilloscope, multimeters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters and communication devices preferred.
