Semaphoric acquired the structured cabling contracts on two tract home development projects in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California. The homes will be considered starter homes and will include basic structured cabling. In total 59 homes will have structured cabling installed adding value and flexibility for the new homeowners. Systems installed will be CAT6 high speed computer networking and telecommunications, RG-6 quad shield for CATV and satellite distribution systems, security with motion sensor capability and a in-wall central distribution enclosure for termination housing.
