Semaphoric has obtained contracts for two starter home tract developments for the design and installation of the structured cabling and low voltage electrical systems. The developments are located in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, California. For the first time Semaphoric Smart Homes will be offering the integration of systems typically reserved for the high end custom homes. The Internet controlled packages will include whole home audio, video, lighting, motorized window coverings, satellite, touch screen control capability, security and surveillance will all be included in the design.

Hardware solutions will be provided by home automation equipment manufacturer Control4, based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Control4 is the first manufacturer dedicated to providing powerful and cost effective home automation solution for the homeowner.
