We are a fully licensed electrical, low-voltage, and alarm contractor, not a reseller coordinating subcontractors. One team owns the result from the first drawing to the final walkthrough. Nothing is handed off, and nothing is anyone else's fault.

If you've owned an “automated home” before, you may know the version that never quite worked: the one that was sold by a salesman, wired by a technician, and designed by no one. Semaphoric is run by its founder, a computer engineer with twenty-six years of experience and more credentials than this page could list, who personally stands behind the design of every system we build. That is rarer in this field than it should be, and it is the whole reason a Semaphoric home works on the first evening, and on every evening after.
And the work does not end at installation. Every system we build is monitored around the clock through secure cloud management and can be serviced remotely, protected by cybersecurity practices held to the highest professional standard. More often than not, we know something needs attention before you do, and put it right before it ever becomes yours to notice.

We take on a limited number of clients each year, each one introduced by someone we already serve, or by the interior designers, architects, and builders we work alongside on some of California's finest homes. It is how we protect the standard of care, the discretion, and the attention every home deserves. If you've been referred, your host can make the introduction, or you're welcome to reach us directly.
